The Boo Who's

One would imagine that such ghastly, awe-inspiring creatures, as the Boo Who’s would strike fear into the hearts of all that beheld them. However the Boo Who’s are cowards and as often as not they’re the ones who get the terrible fright! (Particularly when there are kiddies about).
They love music and will shake, tremble and shiver, rattling their bones in their own special skeleton dance. They will skulk through the crowds, stealing hats and trying to scare people, usually succeeding in only making them laugh.
